Where is my order?Order and payment status
Items marked as in stock are usually dispatched within 72 hours. You can see the status of your order and payment in your account under My orders. If you shopped without registering, send us your order number and we will look into it.
I want to return goods14 days without giving a reason
You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Fill in the form, enclose it with the goods and send the parcel to the address below. We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the parcel, in the same way you paid.

I want to make a warranty claim24-month warranty
If a product does not work properly, we will help with setting it up, repairing or replacing it. Fill in the complaint form and send it with the goods to the address below. We handle complaints promptly, within 30 days of receipt at the latest.
